All services are subject to an on site assessment, and final pricing and scope will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

Quotes and Estimates

Any pricing shared through our website, over the phone, or during an initial consultation is an estimate only. Final costs depend on the specific details of your property and project, and will be provided in a formal quote prior to any work starting.

Financing

Where financing or payment plan options are available, terms will be presented separately and are subject to approval and the conditions of our financing partners. Availability of financing may vary and is not guaranteed for all customers or projects.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We do our best to honor scheduled appointments and project timelines. Delays can occur due to weather, permitting, equipment availability, or other factors outside our control. We will communicate any changes as soon as we're aware of them. Customers may reschedule or cancel a scheduled service by contacting us directly; cancellation terms for paid deposits will be outlined in your service agreement.

Warranties

Workmanship and equipment warranties, where applicable, will be detailed in your individual service agreement or contract. Manufacturer warranties on solar equipment are separate from any warranty we provide on our labor and installation work.

Discounts

We offer a 10% discount to seniors and active or veteran military members. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated and must be requested at the time of booking.

The Solar Guys is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, to the extent permitted by law. Our liability for any service related claim is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.
